Both Pauline and Beth have more than 20 years of experience as chair-side dental assistants, and have been part of our team for 25 and 15 years respectively. Our dental assistants play a critical role in keeping our procedures running smoothly. They are responsible for treatment room set up, clean up and the sterilization of all of our instruments, as well as making sure we have all of the proper supplies we need. Beth and Pauline make Dr. Hoaglin's job much easier as they are always a step or two ahead of him, anticipating which instruments and materials will be needed and having them ready at just the right time.
